The project consists of a promenade along the river and urban place.

A part of the site belongs to Ciel Corporation, the other part to Kokura Town Council. Two cafes completely different are arranged along the promenade.

Facing the traditional castle with it's Japanese cherry tree forest and a gazebo with one cherry tree at the centre. A place where one can be by oneself or with others.
